We are pleased to announce that the application for the AFRIKA KOMMT! Fellowship Programme in Germany 2025/2027 is now open.
The AFRIKA KOMMT! Fellowship is a fully funded initiative by leading German companies to empower young African professionals with international work experience, leadership training, and cultural immersion in Germany. Participants gain hands-on experience through 8-month placements in top companies like BOSCH, Siemens Healthineers, SAP, and BioNTech, while receiving German language training, mentorship, and access to a global alumni network. The program aims to strengthen German-African business relations and foster future leaders driving innovation and development in Africa.
Eligibility and Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Citizenship: African nationals.
- Age: Under 35 years.
- Education: University degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1–4 years of professional work experience.
- Language: Excellent English proficiency.
Desired Qualities:
- Demonstrated leadership potential and passion for business, innovation, and sustainable development.
- Commitment to bridging African and German business partnerships.
