We are pleased to announce that the application for 2024/2025 Scholarships and loans by the Ministry of Education, State Department for Higher Education and Research is now open.
Conventionally, scholarships and loans application are usually done online using our smartphones and an internet service but the ministry of education have made it quite easy by introducing the use of the USSD code method. So if you meet the eligibility as stated below, you can then go ahead and apply for the scholarship or loan.

- You must be enrolled in a Kenyan higher institution
- You must have your admission letter
- You must be a continuing student with a financial need.

- Students can apply using the USSD code by dialing *642# on their mobile phones and follow the prompts provided. Please ensure that you complete your applications promptly.
